Please read this page before proceed to any of your returns or refund.
Please take note that you have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Returns / Refund terms and conditions :
We do not accept any of the reasons stated below :
- Ordered wrong size.
- The items doesn't reach my expectations.
- Unable to fit in.
- Change of mind.
In order to have a pleasant shopping experience, we encourage customers to check measurement of the products before purchasing. If you are still unsure about the sizing, feel free to drop us a message, we are more than happy to help! :)
What item can be Returns / Refund?
When you received a wrong or defective item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Received a wrong item / Defective item.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this careless mistake we made.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Returns - For item that are still available to exchange, we will return with the correct item/ new one.
Refund - For item that are no longer in stocks, we will initiate a full refund to your bank account.
*Measurement variations between 2cm to 3cm as a result of mass manufacturing, loose threads, stains that make up less than 10% of item area, colour variance, due to differing monitor resolutions, and difference in prints as a result of manufacturing process will not be considered as defects.
*We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed/ used. Please check your item upon receipt.
